U.S. Shipping

USA orders under $50 ship for a flat fee of $3.09 via USPS First Class Mail.  USA orders $50 or over ship for free via USPS First Class Mail.

Orders ship within 1-2 days.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  

International Shipping

Canada orders below $75.00 ship for a flat fee of $9.75 via USPS First Class Mail. Orders $75 or over ship for free via USPS First Class Mail.

United Kingdom orders below $75.00 ship for a flat fee of $10.00 via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders $75 or over ship for free via USPS First Class Mail.

Italy orders below $75.00 ship for a flat fee of $9.00 via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders $75 or over ship for free via USPS First Class Mail.

Australia orders below $75.00 ship for a flat fee of $13.00 via USPS First Class Mail. Orders $75 or over ship for free via USPS First Class Mail.

Return Policy

In everything we do, our customers are priority number one and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Katie Joëlle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase.  As part of the policy, we ask that you return the product unworn and in the condition it was received.

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied.
