How do I make a purchase?
Navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. If you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted for shipping & payment information. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.

Katie Joëlle accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. We also accept Paypal.

What is Katie Joëlle's pricing and discount policy?
Katie Joëlle's prices are extremely competitive with those of other retailers in the industry. Each month or so, we also send out discount coupons and promotional offers to members on our mailing list. We also offer free shipping within the United States for all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

All orders typically arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment via USPS. Refer to our shipping policy for more information.

What if I need my order faster?
You can choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option at checkout for faster delivery (orders arrive between 1-3 business days). If you want even faster shipping we are happy to rush orders at request for an additional charge with USPS Express Mail Service. Please contact us for an Express Mail quote.


What is your refund policy?
At Katie Joëlle our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and we want you to "love" your order! In everything we do, our customers are priority number one and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Katie Joëlle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase. As part of the policy, we ask that you return the product unworn and in the condition it was received. We will apply your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied.
